The ITIL® Managers’ Certificate - Exam Coaching Day

Description

Many candidates who take this difficult exam understand ITIL® but fail to pass or gain a distinction through a lack of experience in answering formal exam questions.

The One-day ITIL® exam coaching day provides candidates for the Managers Certificate exam with the opportunity to improve their exam technique.

The course is designed to provide you with a detailed understanding of ways in which your knowledge of ITIL® should be expressed to gain maximum marks.

Detail

During the course, you will be able to discuss your weaker topics and receive specific guidance on revision techniques. This discussion may need to be limited to ensure that the syllabus for the day is covered and all delegates have an opportunity to discuss their own topics.

The course does not replace the Revision Day, which concentrates on reviewing the Case Study which will be central to the forthcoming exam.

Who will benefit?
Attendees will benefit from the opportunity to spend a day away from their normal environment jointly learning proven approaches to revision and to writing effective answers to exam questions.

This course is designed for candidates who are re-sitting an exam or those who wish to improve their exam technique before sitting the exam for the first time.

Background
Attendees should have attended an ITILOffers course in IT Service Management within the last year and be planning to sit the next Managers’ Certificate Exam.

Delegate preparation
You should study and prepare for the exam prior to the coaching day.

If you are re-sitting an exam paper, you should request that ISEB sends you the exam feedback from your most recent attempt and forward it to the above email address.

The course consists of formal coaching, joint discussion and some practical exercises.

It starts at 09:30 and finishes at 16:30 with a short lunch break at 12:30
