Description |
The objectives of this one-day workshop style is to work through an ISEB Case Study, revisit exam tips, discuss any uncertainties course participants may have remaining in their minds relating to the syllabus, and practice formatting and answering previous exam questions.
Who Should Attend
Course participants who have attended the Service Support and Service Delivery Courses and who are due to sit the next scheduled ISEB Managers Certificate in IT Service Management Exam. |
What You Will Learn
Participants will benefit from:
- Collective analysis of the relevant ISEB case study, providing familiarity prior to the ISEB exams
- Practising their approach and formatting of answers to questions by use of previous exam questions
- Revisiting pertinent issues and topics from the ITIL® as required
The event is largely participant driven, with reviews, discussions and input from course participants forming the major part of the day facilitated by an experienced consultant. Course participants are encouraged to air any issues arising from the preceding courses and/or their own revision activities.
Prerequisites
Individuals should hold the ISEB Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management and have attended both the Service Management - IT Service Support and Service Management - IT Service Delivery courses.
