Candidate Prerequisites:  
This overview introduces the key components of ITIL®, the key considerations when implementing ITIL® and the accredited exam structure.  This overview is aimed at IT Service Managers and IT Professionals with no, or limited, prior knowledge or experience of ITIL®.

To provide an overview of ITIL® including all core components and key considerations for implementation.
